THE KINDSHIFT COHORT
You don't need to learn how to lead.
You need to stop apologizing for how you already do.
Before KindShift
You're in a meeting. Someone talks over you. It happens fast, mid-sentence, mid-thought, the way it always does. You go quiet. You let it go. You replay it at 3am wondering if you should have said something.
After KindShift
You finish your thought.
"I would love to hear your perspective. Let me finish my thought first."

Not because you rehearsed it. Because you finally know who you are in that room. And you're done shrinking.

You’re not underperforming. You’ve been over-adjusting to feedback that isn’t aligned with how you actually lead.
That's the shift. That's what 120 days looks like.

WHAT KINDSHIFT IS
KindShift is a 120-day leadership program for women who are done letting feedback throw them off, and don’t have a clear way to work with it yet.

It's not one-on-one coaching. It's something more powerful. A small, intentional group of women navigating the same terrain, working through real situations, building real muscle memory together.
Every session is built around one of the Four C's. Every tool is designed for Monday morning. Every conversation is grounded in what's actually happening in your work right now.

Capped at 12 women.
Because this only works if you can show up as you are, be honest about what’s actually happening, and stop adjusting yourself to fit other people’s expectations, especially the ones you’ve assumed, not confirmed.

So feedback stops shaking you, and starts strengthening how you lead.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
By the end of 120 days you will:
-
Have removed the labels, too sensitive, too emotional, too much, and stopped leading from them
-
Know exactly who you are when the pressure is on, and lead from there instead of from fear
-
Have a reliable process for the conversations you've been putting off, and the confidence to have them
-
Hold your ground without holding grudges, protect your energy without closing yourself off, and advocate for yourself without apology
-
You become the leader who says what needs to be said and is respected for it.
